C&L Aviation Group company C&L Aerospace has purchased a E190 aircraft from Nordic Aviation Capital, which will be dismantled in Portugal before its parts join C&L’s growing E170/190 inventory at its main headquarters in Bangor, Maine.
“C&L has been investing in our E170/190 offerings for several years now with this, the third such aircraft we have purchased for disassembly,” explained CEO of C&L Aviation Group Chris Kilgour. After a thorough inspection process – including photographing and barcoding each part and corresponding documentation – the parts will be made available for sale, joining components from two other E170 aircraft previously acquired and disassembled by C&L.
“We support operators around the world in a variety of ways, including spare parts supply and exchanges to power-by-the-hour programs and consignment inventories. We also add value by assisting operators with the inventory management and component repair,” concluded Kilgour.
