C&L Aviation subsidiary C&L Aerospace has purchased a total of four Citation aircraft for teardown. The order comprises of two Citation sovereign and two Citation CLS aircraft. Two of the teardown projects have been completed as of March 4, 2024, and the remaining two are underway at its Bangor MRO facility.
""We recognise the scarcity in the market for these particular aircraft parts, so we are making investments now, and in the future, to be a reliable partner for those looking to source parts in the aftermarket,"" said C&L Aviation Group CEO Chris Kilgour.
The company plans to purchase and teardown further Citation Sovereign and XLS aircraft over the next several years.
