China Southern Airlines has mandated the financing of two A330-200s and four A320s to be delivered in the first half of 2012 to a group of banks comprising Credit Agricole-CIB, CIC, KFW IPEX-Bank and SMBC. The financing is structured as a French Structured Lease combined with an Export Credit Agency-supported loan. CA-CIB and CIC are jointly acting as Lease Arrangers.
