China Southern and Henan Civil Aviation to launch JV

China Southern Airlines and Henan Civil Aviation Investment have agreed to launch a new joint-venture subsidiary, China Southern Henan Airlines.
China Southern will invest CNY3.6 billion for a 60% stake, with the Henan government investing CNY2.4 billion for the remainder.
