Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) is set to resume its Melbourne-Manila route at the end of March 2023 following the successful relaunch of its Sydney-Manila service in July 2022.
The much-anticipated flight resumption will provide additional capacity on the route with thrice weekly flights on A330 carrying up to 436 passengers.
Carmina Romero, Cebu Pacific Director for Corporate Communications, said: “We know we have an expansive Filipino community in Melbourne and are pleased to be able to offer both of them, as well as local Australians looking for somewhere new exciting to explore, the opportunity to fly direct to Manila and explore the Philippines with our widest domestic network.”
The carrier offers a wide internal network of flights to 34 domestic destinations, including popular islands such as Bohol, Boracay, Cebu, Coron and Siargao, and 19 international destinations.
