CDB Aviation has delivered the first of two A321neo aircraft to Volaris under lease deals signed by the companies in 2021.
The delivery takes the central American carrier to 13 aircraft leased from CDB Aviation, an Ireland-based subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing.
"The carrier is expected to take delivery of the second A321NX by the end of 2023, with an additional three A321neos and two A320neos slated for delivery throughout 2023 and 2024," CDB Aviation said in its announcement.
