China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) recently promoted Conrad Li to the post of Chief Financial Officer. Li will replace Barry Mok as he plans to retire from services.
In the new role Li will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s strategic planning, financing, investor relations, corporate secretarial and listing rule compliance affairs and accounting matters. He will also continue serving as the Chief Strategy Officer of the Group and the Company Secretary of CALC
Li has a track record in serving senior positions in blue-chip and large-scale companies with years of professional experience in business management, investment and financing as well as financial management. He possesses in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and Mainland China capital markets where he led and completed a good number of corporate financing projects. He is also familiar with the M&A activities in both onshore and offshore markets on top of his practices of credit rating management.
