CACIB and KfW IPEX-Bank finance B787-9 for Norwegian Air Shuttle

In February 2018, Crédit Agricole CIB (CACIB) and KfW IPEX-Bank, acting as debt arrangers, successfully closed the JOLCO financing of one new B787-9 (msn 63314) powered by Rolls Royce engines for the European LCC Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS). The financing was made of a UK Export Finance (UKEF) guaranteed loan denominated in euro, and Japanese equity.

CACIB also acted as overall arranger, facility agent, and security trustee. KfW IPEX-Bank also acted as debt underwriter and lender. This is the second JOLCO aircraft arranged by CACIB for NAS.
