Cabo Verde Airlines will start flying to Lagos, Nigeria, from 9 December as part of several new routes set to be introduced as part of the airline's new Winter 2019-20 schedule.
The Lagos flight joins several other announced routes including Luanda, Angola starting on 9 December, Porto Alegre in Brazil on 11 December and US destination Washington DC, commencing 11 December.
The connection between Sal and Lagos will be operated five times a week, with a Boeing 757.
All flights will connect to Sal Island, Cabo Verde Airlines' international hub, and will make connections to Lisbon running five times a week, Washington DC three times a week and Boston once a week.
