CA-CIB closes multiple transactions for Emirates

On December 23, 2015, Credit Agricole-CIB successfully closed a 12-year Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) transaction to fund one new A380-800 (msn 204) for Emirates. The aircraft cost was financed by way of dollar denominated amortizing senior and junior commercial loans, and Japanese equity provided by Financial Products Group (FPG). CA-CIB acted as overall arranger, facility agent and security trustee.

On April 21, 2016, CA-CIB successfully closed a 12-year JOLCO for one new 777-300ER (msn 42331) for Emirates. The aircraft cost was financed by way of a 12-year dollar denominated amortizing senior commercial loan, and Japanese equity provided by a group of Japanese leasing companies. CA-CIB acted as overall arranger, facility agent and security trustee. CA-CIB and DBS Bank acted as loan mandated lead arrangers.

On May 26, 2016, CA-CIB successfully closed a 12-year JOLCO for one new 777-300ER (msn 42332) for Emirates. The aircraft cost was financed by way of a 12-year dollar denominated amortizing senior commercial loan, and Japanese equity provided by FPG. CA-CIB acted as overall arranger, facility agent and security trustee.
