US private charter company Bravo Air has signed a letter of intent for the purchase of up to five eVTOL SD-05 aircraft from Japanese eVTOL aircraft manufacturer SkyDrive. The agreement also includes a partnership for the development of eVTOL operations at the Augusta Regional Airport in the state of Georgia. The companies will conduct joint studies in developing advanced air mobility (AAM) in the region including the adaption of air taxi services from SkyDrive's business model.

SkyDrive had established a US base in South Carolina in partnership with Austin Aviation last year.
