BOC Aviation has priced $350 million of notes with a coupon of 4.375%. The yield on the notes represents a spread of 2.70% a year over 10-year US Treasuries. The notes were rated BBB- by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services and A- by Fitch Ratings.
The Singapore-based aircraft lessor will use the funds for capital expenditure, general corporate purposes and to refinancing existing borrowings.
The issue will close on May 2 and is a part of BOC Aviation's euro medium-term note program worth US$2 billion and established in September 2012. The issue was more than six times subscribed with an order book aggregating $2.25 billion.
BOC International, Citigroup, HSBC and JP Morgan were joint arrangers.
