All Berlin Brandenburg Airport flights were cancelled on January 25, the hub's operator said, due to a strike over pay by ground and security staff.
Around 35,000 passengers were affected as 330 take-offs and landings were shelved as the strike, which was organised by Verdi, a trade union, began at 3.30am. Some flights have been diverted to nearby Leipzig and Dresden while other passengers have been re-booked on trains.
