Beijing Jie Xiang Enterprise acquires Dinglong Business Aviation, CapaJet acts as partner

Beijing Jie Xiang Enterprise has acquired Dinglong Business Aviation with CapaJet acting as partner to extract the synergies arising from the acquisition and grow their market share.

Zhao, Chairman, Beijing Jie Xiang Enterprise Co., said: “The acquisition of Dinglong represents our strategic move to grow our fleet across the next 3 years to serve the increasing demand of our target markets in Asia. The decision to acquire Dinglong Business Aviation is a tactical move for Beijing Jie Xiang Enterprise and is a recognition of the growing demand in both the domestic and international markets especially with the Belt and Road Initiative that aims to promote the connectivity of Asian, European, and African continents.

With this deal, Beijing Jie Xing Enterprise hopes to enjoy the boom in the Chinese aviation market.

Dinglong Business Aviation was established in 2019 with its operations in Guangzhou and offers business charter flights with experience in operating Gulfstream G650ER and the Bombardier Challenger 650.
