BeauTech Power Systems has purchased five new Pratt & Whitney GTF PW1500G engines. The engines were purchased directly from the engine OEM.
BeauTech recently entered into the geared turbofan (GTF) segment after its investment in PW1900G engines late last year.
“This expansion marks another step in the development of our GTF portfolio,” said BeauTech chief operating officer Tobias Konrad. “It builds on our entry into the segment last year and reflects our focus on supporting customers with latest-generation engine platforms.”
The Dallas-based aviation solutions provider also operates and manages commercial engines including CFM LEAP, CFM56, and CF34 engines.
