Barfield promotes Jhonattan Polo as Vice President, Customer Care

Barfield recently promoted Jhonattan Polo as new Vice President of Customer Care. In this role, Polo will lead and manage the team responsible for providing direct support to Barfield’s customers and oversee the Pricing and Reliability activities, all part of the overall customer experience.

Polo has over 14 years of customer support experience in different roles throughout the Barfield organization, including most recently as Director of Pricing where he was responsible for driving the pricing strategy, increasing RFP win rates, and managing the shop Work Order (WO) quotes.
