Some 700 Flybe pilots could strike over a pay claim which has been ignored since February, the British Airline Pilots’ Association (BALPA) has warned. BALPA claims Flybe has ignored the pay claim because it has put all of its resources into its recently-announced proposed initial public offering.
Reg Allen, Balpa’s head of industrial relations, said: “Unless the company sorts out these problems quickly, it could lead to industrial action.”
