Keith Williams, chief executive of British Airways, has confirmed that the airline will take delivery of its first Boeing 787-8 in May 2013 with three more to follow by the end of the year.
Traffic up for Vueling in August
The summer tourist season has boosted Vueling’s passenger traffic by 28% in August, on a capacity increase of 29.5%. Load factor declined slightly however to 82.7%. Passenger numbers for the month increased 21.9% to 1.88 million.
