Azorra appoints Susan Geitzenauer as chief operating officer

Azorra has appointed Susan Geitzenauer as its chief operating officer, the lessor said today (March 5). 

She will support the growth of the company's leasing platform. 

Geitzenauer previously served as SVP - operations at Azorra since December 2024. 

“As we scale, strengthening our operations, systems and processes is essential, and Susan has already played a key role in driving that progress across the organization," said Azorra CEO John Evans. "In this expanded role, she will help bring the structure and cross-functional alignment needed to support the next phase of our growth.”

“Since joining the company, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with our exceptional team and see first-hand the strength of our platform and the value we deliver to our airline customers,” said Geitzenauer.

Prior to joining Azorra, she served as chief operating officer at Zephyrus Aviation Capital, where she directed all major operational functions. She has also held various senior positions at Castlelake, Avolon, and CIT Aerospace.
