Avolon has reported its fourth quarter and full year activity for 2025.
The lessor acquired 168 aircraft during the full year, including 106 aircraft as part of its portfolio acquisition deal with Castlelake, which was completed at the start of 2025. The company acquired 21 aircraft during the fourth quarter.
During the full year, the lessor sold a record 95 aircraft, with an average age of 10 years, as well as 26 aircraft during the fourth quarter and a further 72 aircraft agreed for sale.
Avolon placed 59 new technology aircraft during 2025, including 10 aircraft in the final quarter.
The year saw Avolon order 90 new aircraft with Airbus, including 75 A321neo and 15 A330neo aircraft, with deliveries scheduled through 2033.
The company ended 2025 with an owned, managed, and committed fleet of 1,132 aircraft, including orders and commitments for 500 aircraft.
