Avolon prices $850 million senior unsecured notes offering

Avolon has priced its senior unsecured notes offering of $850 million of 4.700% due 2031, the lessor said on Wednesday (December 3).

The notes were sold at a spread of Treasuries plus 115 basis points. Early price talks were at around 145 basis points. The offering's yield was 4.722%.

The offering is expected to close by December 11, 2025. The deal is expected to be rated Baa2 by Moody's, BBB- by S&P Global Ratings, and BBB by Fitch Ratings.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing debt.

Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale, and Truist Securities acted as joint bookrunners.
