During the third quarter of 2019, Avolon has revealed it owned, managed and committed a fleet of 914, an increase of 3% from Q3 2018.
The company also has total orders and commitments for 387 new technology aircraft, during the period, while also executing a total of 21 lease transactions in the quarter comprising of new aircraft leases, follow-on leases and lease extensions;
in the period, Avolon delivered a total of eight new aircraft to five customers and transitioned four aircraft to follow-on lessees. Sold 10 aircraft during the quarter, three of which were managed, and also disposed of one additional managed aircraft constituting an insured total loss.
The company has a total of 152 airline customers operating in 61 countries.
During the three month period, Avolon upsized its unsecured revolving credit facility by $225 million, bringing the total facility size to over $3 billion, an increase of $1.24 billion, or 69% of total size since Q3 2018.
