Canadian robot maker Avidbots's floor cleaner Neo has again featured in the recent world's best airport awards by Skytrax, an aviation rating company in the UK.
"Six of the world’s top 10 airports have deployed Neo, the autonomous floor scrubbing robot," Avidbots said, adding reassuringly that six of the 10 cleanest airports, according to Skytrax, also have deployed the robot, around 1,000 of which are in use in education, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and warehousing worldwide.
"Neo’s contributions were also present in numerous regional categories", the company said, listing vive of Asia’s cleanest airports, including the top two Tokyo Haneda, Singapore Changi, Tokyo Narita, Hong Kong and Seoul Incheon, and Europe’s second-cleanest airport hub in Zurich.
“Airports see the value of our autonomous floor-scrubbing robots, which deliver an efficient, reliable and measurable clean every time. Its use by the top cleanest airports is a testament to Neo’s ability to provide quality floor cleaning for an improved guest experience," said co-founder Faizan Sheikh.
