Since 25 September 2023, AviationValues says that it has continued to identify strengthening transaction prices for new delivery Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft and for the Airbus A320neo. Respective new delivery sale and leaseback transaction prices have been indicated between US$52.5million and US$51.0million.
For widebody aircraft, AviationValues shows that the Airbus A380 is the only aircraft showing month to month value decreases. This is supported by a transaction announcement between Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited (Seller) and Emirates (Buyer) for MSN 077 and MSN 090 at US$35.00million each, says AviationValues.
Elsewhere, new delivery Airbus A350 family and Boeing 787 family have also seen value increases, supported by several transaction value indicators, says the company.
