On May 27, 2016, Crédit Agricole CIB (CA-CIB) arranged the commercial financing of one Airbus A321-200 aircraft bearing MSN 7143 for Avation. The aircraft will be operated by VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company. CA-CIB acted as mandated lead arranger, facility agent, security trustee and lender. CA-CIB was advised by Clifford Chance and Avation was advised by Holman Fenwick Willan.
