Austrian Airlines launches Valencia route

Austrian Airlines has launched a route to Valencia with two weekly non-stop flights to the Spanish metropolis every Tuesday and Saturday.

Austrian Airlines has reported a return to long-term travel planning for the summer with flights in the months of April to September, and incoming bookings at Austrian Airlines, currently almost four times higher than in the previous year. The national flag carrier prepares for full planes this summer with a 20 percent larger offer to European holiday destinations, compared to 2019, and new cabin staff.

Austrian Airlines CCO Michael Trestl: “Destinations around the Mediterranean are widely popular. With the inclusion of Valencia in our flight plan, we ensure to meet the unstoppable wanderlust of many Austrians. We are continuously expanding our route network which is already partially higher than prior the pandemic”.

Austrian Airlines’ summer flight schedule offers up to three flights a day to Palma de Mallorca, two flights a day to Barcelona, up to five flights a week to Ibiza with optimised connections on weekends, four flights a week to Malága, two flights a week to Gran Canaria and Tenerife, one flight a week to Menorca and now two weekly flights to Valencia.
