Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) expects revenues of $513 million in the fourth quarter of 2024, slipping from $517 million in the same period last year, the company said in its preliminary results on January 27, 2025. The company also expects an adjusted EBITDA of around $158 million for the quarter, down from $164 million a year prior.
For the full year, ATSG expects revenues to total $1.96bn, remaining flat from $1.96bn a year prior. Adjusted EBITDA for the year is set to be around $545.1 million, down from $551.1 million in 2023.
The company is set to be acquired by Stonepeak for $3.1bn, which was first announced late last year.
