ATR has delivered the first of three ATR 72-600 aircraft to Tunisian carrier Tunisair Express.
The Tunisian airline will use these aircraft to increase connectivity both domestically and internationally.
The latest generation ATR 72-600 burns 40% less fuel and emits 40% less CO2 compared to a similarly sized regional jet.
Tunisair Express director general Yosr Chouari said: “We are looking forward to introducing this new ATR aircraft with the latest comfort and technology to our passengers, with this first delivery marking an important step in our fleet renewal.
