Atlas Air has secured $90 million senior debt financing from Investec Aviation Finance for the acquisition of three 747-400 freighter aircraft.

Investec was able to structure and underwrite a transaction within a month for the acquisition of the three aircraft that are fundamental to the Atlas Air strategy of supporting key supply chains globally in a growing e-commerce marketplace.

Atlas Air has a fleet of more than 90 dedicated long haul freighter aircraft.
