Seabury Solutions Adds SkyBahamas to Its Rapidly Growing Alkym Customer Base
Seabury Solutions, a subsidiary of Seabury Capital LLC and a global aviation software development and consultancy company, announced today that SkyBahamas, the premier regional airline of The Bahamas, will adopt industry-leading Alkym / Aircraft Management and Control System (Alkym), an integrated modular MRO IT solution.

Welcoming this new milestone in SkyBahamas’ operating history, the airline’s Maintenance Director, Eng. Jorge Qüerio, emphasized that "we are increasing our destinations and frequency in domestic flights. This begins with charter flights, leading to inclusion to our regular flight schedule. This, and the intention of increasing our fleet, lead us to look and choose a product for our maintenance management that can help us optimize our process and thereby attain increased efficiency along with guarantee safety in our operations."

The airline’s vendor search process resulted in the selection of Alkym. “The project is already underway,” added Qüerio who also explained that the airline is planning to implement nine of the available modules with the core Technical & Logistics functions. In addition, SkyBahamas will implement the QA and complete HR modules.

"A cornerstone of our operation is to expand our client base and provide them with world-class customer service,” commented Seabury Solutions Senior Vice President John Barry. “We want to ensure we afford our airline customers the ability to grow. When SkyBahamas were seeking solutions in the market, they could turn to many similar companies globally and regionally, however, they saw our solution as a proven concept.”
