APOC Aviation has expanded its global sales team as part of a broader push to support growth in the aviation aftermarket and strengthen customer support across key regions.
The Netherlands-based trading and leasing specialist for aircraft parts, engines and landing gear said it has added four experienced hires across its landing gear, components and engine divisions, boosting its presence in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Chief executive Gavin Simmonds said the move reflects a strategy of investing ahead of inventory expansion. “Stock and parts are only part of the solution,” he said. “APOC continues to invest in team development to underpin the expansion of our asset base offering with optimum customer support.”
The new hires include Bill Chen, regional sales director for landing gear in Asia-Pacific, and Dovydas Vaitkevičius, landing gear sales manager, who will focus on expanding global partnerships. Anna Coval joins as components sales manager, while Jarhyd Rees takes on a sales manager role in the engines division.
APOC said the appointments are aimed at meeting rising demand for leased engines, landing gear and airframe components, as airlines look to extend asset life cycles and manage costs.
The company added that strengthening its commercial team will help align inventory with customer requirements and support more responsive service delivery.
The expansion comes as aviation aftermarket activity continues to grow, driven by strong travel demand and ongoing delays to new aircraft deliveries, which are increasing reliance on existing fleets and associated maintenance solutions.
