Africa airlines order six MA60s

American Airlines is expected to furlough more than 1,000 workers based out of Philadelphia International Airport. There will be 28 permanent layoffs beginning April 1 and 1,032 furloughs that will begin on April 10, according to the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification notice on the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry website.
