American Airlines shares raised to “buy”

American Airlines Group shares have been upgraded by Vetr from a “hold” rating to a “buy” rating in a research report issued yesterday. The brokerage has a $42.44 price objective on the airline’s stock, which Vetr states, indicates a potential upside of 6.07% from the company’s current price.

Investors are increasing their holdings of American shares. City Holding has increased its position by 15.8% in the first quarter to hold 7,525 shares of the airline’s stock valued at $309,000 after buying an additional 1,025 shares in the last quarter.

High Pointe Capital Management increased its position by 3.5% in the fourth quarter to own 12,760 shares of the airline’s stock valued at $540,000 after buying an additional 430 shares in the last quarter.

Financial Management Professionals upped its share by 17.1% in the fourth quarter to hold 12,876 shares. IPG Investment Advisors position rose to 20.9% in the fourth quarter to won 16,370 shares.

Evanson Asset Management increased its position by 3.5% in the fourth quarter to own 18,508 shares.
