Allegiant executive vice president and chief marketing officer Scott DeAngelo has resigned, the company said on September 5, 2024. His last day at the company will be September 30, 2024.
After joining the company in 2018, he had quickly established a marketing and advertising strategy for the US airline.
""The effects of his work will be evident for many years, and I deeply appreciate his contributions,"" commented Allegiant CEO Gregory Anderson. ""Team Allegiant extends its best wishes to him in his future ventures.""
DeAngelo commented: ""I am thankful for the relationships and connections I've built and leave with great confidence in the future of the organisation and its team.""
Allegiant appointed Drew Wells to assume the position of chief commercial officer, taking over DeAngelo's responsibilities in addition to the revenue and network planning departments.
