Air Lease Corporation (ALC) has offered $500 million of 3.875% unsecured senior notes due 2023. Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) has assigned a senior unsecured rating of A- with a Stable Outlook to the senior unsecured notes.
The sale of the notes is expected to close on June 18, 2018, with the net proceeds being used for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of commercial aircraft and the repayment of existing indebtedness.
Citi, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and RBC are acting as joint bookrunners.
