AirJapan implements Sabre's full Radixx solutions portfolio

AirJapan has implemented software and technology provider Sabre Corporation's full Radixx solutions portfolio. The new carrier flew its inaugural route from Japan to Bangkok earlier this year and is set to introduce new routes. AirJapan is now using Radixx Res, a retailing-based passenger service system, which will streamline operations and enhance revenue opportunities. ""Thanks to Sabre’s delivery and implementation teams executing this project on time and on budget, we’re now able to use the Radixx PSS suite to elevate the travel journey at multiple touchpoints for our travellers while ensuring we can gain operational efficiencies and create revenue opportunities as we move forward with our growth story,"" said AirJapan executive vice president Toru Ishikawa. Sabre vice president, regional general manager, Asia Pacific, travel solutions airline sales Rakesh Narayanan added: ""We know AirJapan has ambitious plans to expand their footprint across the airline landscape and Sabre is committed to being their trusted technology partner on this journey."" The Radixx software solutions includes its reservation system, departure control suite, data and analytics system, and internet booking system.
