AirExplore and KlasJet have formed a unified operational structure to boost efficiency and streamline services across both carriers.
The companies said this will create a more “agile and optimised” model to rapidly scale in a more competitive ACMI market, reducing overlaps as well as enhance customer service and safety.
As part of this alignment, Justinas Bulka has been appointed CEO of AirExplore and will continue his current role as CEO of KlasJet.
“Bringing AirExplore and KlasJet closer together allows us to deploy aircraft faster and scale more efficiently,” said Bulka.
The companies said their Boeing fleet and European AOCs made it a “logical” step to merge technical and maintenance standards.
Both companies will keep their brands separate under their respective AOCs.
KlasJet will continue to lead the VIP and private charter sector, while AirExplore will focus on its core ACMI operations.
