Aircraft Propeller Service makes two new appointments

MRO specialists Aircraft Propeller Service had made two new appointments to its management team with the introduction of Maciej Paszkowski-Sikorski and Marcell Fitzgerald.

Paszkowski-Sikorski has rejoined the company as global military sales manager. He previously served at APS as propeller systems MRO sales director. He has extensive aerospace industry experience across various operational areas.

Most recently, Paszkowski-Sikorski served as manufacturing programs manager, Aerospace with SL-Montevideo Technologies. In this role, he served as the aerospace program team leader for this global manufacturer of precision electric motors.

While in his former role at APS, Paszkowski-Sikorski was responsible for managing the company’s UTAS Propeller assets, as well as marketing and sales operations; aftermarket, airline and MRO supply chain contract negotiations; and airworthiness maintenance records and documentation reviews.

Meanwhile, Marcell Fitzgerald has been appointed customer service  manager. Fitzgerald brings over 14 years of related experience building relationships, overseeing operations and maintaining service quality. His primary focus at APS will be leading the Customer Service team and delivering best in class turnaround times to APS’ global customer base.

Directly prior to joining APS, Fitzgerald served as senior account manager with Magnetic Inspection Laboratory, where he was the company’s primary customer liaison.

He was recognised for maintaining effective communication channels and applying a collaborative, proactive consultative approach to solidify MIL’s reputation as an industry expert. During his tenure at MIL, he was involved in all areas of account management from logistics and customer service to data planning and contract reviews.

In addition to his role at MIL, his career includes his role as operations manager with Heys America through which he facilitated new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure the success of the company’s sales programs.
