Aircastle has priced a public offering of 7,887,029 common shares by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, at $21.50 per share. Aircastle will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares. The offering is expected to close today (May 18).
Goldman Sachs and Citi are acting as underwriters for the offering.
