Aircastle prices $600 million unsecured financing facility

Aircastle entered into a new $600 million unsecured financing facility on May 5, 2025.

The facility expires in April 2030 and provides working capital for general corporate purposes, including aircraft acquisitions.

“This facility helps diversify Aircastle's funding sources with terms more favourable than we could have currently obtained in the bond market,” said Aircastle CFO Roy Chandran. “Considering recent market volatility, our strong access to capital markets, especially in Asia, it is a strategic strength along with our investment grade rating and unique ownership structure. After a successful fiscal 2024, we're looking to continue our investment momentum in a profitable and disciplined manner."

MUFG Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, New York branch acted as joint lead arrangers along with 16 additional lenders. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, New York branch acted as senior managing agent. MUFG Bank is also facility agent.
