Aircastle appoints chief legal officer

Aircastle chief legal officer Christopher Beers will retire, effective February 28, 2025. Beers will continue as a senior advisor to the company for up to a year to help manage the Russian insurance claims and related litigation.

Beers has served in his role since joining the company in 2014.

“We are grateful for the decade of service and contributions Chris brought to Aircastle and we wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement,” said Aircastle CEO Mike Inglese.

Sarah Clarkin has been promoted to succeed Beers. Clarkin was promoted to associate general counsel in 2023 and has been with the company since 2006.

Inglese added: “Since 2006, Sarah has led the execution of numerous high-value cross-border transactions.”

Clarkin's new role will be effective March 1, 2025.
