Aircastle has acquired one 737 MAX 8 aircraft as the lessor continues to expand its new technology fleet.
The jet is on lease to South Korean low-cost carrier Eastar Jet. This is the first of a two aircraft transaction.
“We're pleased to add AIP Capital and Phoenix Aviation Capital to our growing list of trading partners, and we're grateful for everyone's incredible efficiency at getting this deal done,” said Aircastle.
