Airbus is to put a proposed €1.80 dividend-per-share to a vote during its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
The Toulouse-based manufacturer is to also put to a vote the board mandates of Ralph D Crosby Jr, Mark Dunkerley and Stephan Gemkow, with each up for renewal for three years.
A three-year term is to also be proposed for Antony Wood ,who replaced Lord Paul Drayson on the board in December 2022.
The 2023 AGM will be held in Amsterdam on April 19.
