Airbus delivered 46 aircraft to 34 customers in February 2023, more than doubling the deliveries it reported the month before.
All but six of the deliveries in 2023 have been for single-aisle aircraft. Among the February recipients of new single-aisle aircraft were Air Lease Corporation, Avolon, Delta Air Lines, TAP Air Portugal, Lufthansa's Eurowings and Wizz Air, while China Eastern and Turkish Airlines each took delivery of an A350,.
The Toulouse-based manufacturer said it received orders for 99 aircraft during February, which, after 12 cancellations were factored in, took it to 124 order for the first two months of the year. A February 1 order placed by Qatar Airways accounted for 73 of aircraft.
