A story by Reuters, quotes unnamed “French judicial sources”, suggests that the insider trading case at Airbus Group may not be over even though the courts were ordered to halt the trial since the defendants had already been cleared by the AMF. Nevertheless, it has been suggested that prosecutors could pursue certain parts of the original accusations – hearings are scheduled for procedural arguments on May 11, June 1 and June 3, reports Reuters, which will evaluate each individual case.
