Airbus has signed a memorandum of understand (MoU) with Avinor, SAS, Swedavia, and Vattenfall to examine hydrogen infrastructure for over 50 airports in Norway and Sweden.
The partnered companies will look at hydrogen aircraft concepts as well as hydrogen-related operations, supply, infrastructures and refuelling needs at airports.

In 2020, Airbus had unveiled its first hydrogen-powered commercial aircraft, the ZEROe, and is aiming to bring it to market in 2035.
