Airbus Helicopters will introduce a new executive committee on 1 September.
The move is said to simplify and strengthen cross-function collaboration within the company, Airbus says.
Bruno Even, CEO of Airbus Helicopters, said: “The simplification of our organisation aims at being leaner, improving our efficiency and developing collaboration within the company.
"To achieve this, we have regrouped certain functions into single organisations such as programs, quality and aviation safety, and operations.
"Bringing Strategy as well as the DTO and company transformation functions to the executive committee is essential in preparing the future of our business.
“I am confident that this new team will continue to boost our performance and bring value to our customers."
Alain Flourens, currently executive vice-president Industry, will be nominated Executive Vice-President Operations, covering Industry and Procurement.
Wolfgang Schoder, currently executive vice-president light elicopters and governmental programs, will be nominated executive vice-president strategy.
Matthieu Louvot, currently executive vice-president customer support & services, will be nominated executive vice-president Airbus Helicopters Programs, taking over the light helicopters and governmental programs from Wolfgang Schoder as of 1 September. He will then lead the new unified Airbus Helicopters Programs organisation as of 1 January, 2020.
Elsewhere, Christoph Zammert, currently head of program support, will become executive vice-president customer support & services and become a member of the Airbus Helicopters executive committee.
Mathilde Royer, currently head of global set-up optimisation project, will be nominated as digital transformation officer & head of company transformation and become a member of the Airbus Helicopters executive committee.
And finally, Bernhard Weigl, currently head of aviation safety and quality, will become a member of the Airbus Helicopters executive committee.
