Airbridge collapse at Hong Kong International Airport

An airbridge attached to a Cathay Pacific flight bound for Nagoya at Terminal 1 collapsed yesterday after passengers had embarked but one airport worker on the bridge was wounded.
Cathay Pacific has confirmed that all 262 passengers and staff on board the A330 aircraft were safe. The flight had been scheduled to depart at 4.10pm, but was delayed.
The aircraft was "slightly damaged" in the incident. Eyewitness photos show the aircraft door torn off and lying on the ground alongside the fallen airbridge.
