New Chinese start-up carrier, Air Guilin, a 60/40 joint-venture between Guilin Tourism Development Corporation and HNA Group's Guilin Aviation Tourism Group, has received preliminary approval from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC).
