Air France is renewing its trust in Mondial Assistance and is enabling its customers to purchase comprehensive insurance and assistance when booking their ticket.
Mondial Assistance France offers cancellation insurance and repatriation assistance to Air France customers when purchasing their ticket; this service is currently available in 24 countries: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland.
The partnership also enables Air France to be the only airline to offer comprehensive insurance for children traveling alone. This service is available only in France (mainland and overseas), on request when booking a flight. It includes the cancellation, repatriation and delivery while on vacation of objects or medicines forgotten at home, as well as assistance with schoolwork in case of an incident resulting in a child unable to return to school.
